The Legend 16 can be paddled tandem or bow-backwards solo and is an excellent poling canoe. Per the Dagger catalog “Designed primarily for rivers but performs well on flatwater”. Per River Magazine “This versatile boat excels in easy whitewater. Its stability, maneuverability and ease of paddling remain constant even when loaded”.
Contoured, canted stern seat with back band and foot brace, kneeling pads for tandem or bow backwards solo. D-ring pads, laced and strapped with stern float bag and large center float bag with arched belly cover. Two-later skid plates, Kevlar, Dynel and graphite powder, peel ply compressed flush.
For poling upstream or snubbing downriver, choice of either wood or aluminum take-apart canoe pole included.
