At this time it is a mechanic’s special,
do the 12V electric, plumbing and you have a capable coastal cruiser.
Sailable when I got it last year, inboard motor was blown and removed.
Short hauled to clean the bottom and inspect, no Catalina smile.
Mounted outboard w/electric start, controls, steering wheel off a fishing boat. Drives like a Catalina 27 with a wheel.
Five hank on head sails, two reef main, solar panel, composting toilet.
$1500, this month, $2500 in the spring after I fix the internal workings.
