Post updated with engine hours and equipment:
Closing on a new boat at the end of the month and need to sell my 35.1’ LOA 2001 Four Winns 328 Vista. I am listing her privately before she goes to a broker when the price will go up. This is a great opportunity to get an excellent boat with low engine hours and a 5kw generator-rare in a boat this size and a must see if you are not familiar with this model. I bought her in 2018 from the original owner who purchased it new at the Annapolis Boat Show and took meticulous care of the boat. She was kept at local marina (also a Volvo Penta Dealer) and maintained by their staff until I purchased her. She is now at The Anchorage in Baltimore. She cruises at 23-25 mph and is an excellent length to handle the bay. Cockpit seating is comfortable for a group of 7-9 adults. The boat has a cockpit cover always used when she is in her slip, so the vinyl looks like new. The pictures are taken with the full canvas enclosure up to show how clear the Eisenglass is . Note that stern windows have screens which make them look a little hazy. They roll up for ventilation. She sleeps 4 comfortably, 8 if you are a camper and convert the dinette table and the cockpit seating to a double berth. Both engines were replaced by the dealer with long blocks (port in 2014 at 882 hours and stbd in 2015-hours N/A). Total hours are now about 1159 (port) and 1174 (stbd), so the engines have about 300 hours. Equipment includes 5.7L Volvo Penta’s with Dual Props, Kohler 5kw Generator with less than 50 hours operated from cabin electrical panel, Full Camper Canvas & Eisenglass Enclosures with Screens (rarely used), Full Separate Cockpit Cover, Bimini Top with Cover, 2 Snap-in Sunpads for the bow that look like new, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Flat Screen TV, Reverse Cycle AC/Heater with Climate Control, recent Garmin GPS and Transponder, Radar with new LCD Screen, Depth Sounder, Xintec Fuel Vapor Detector, VacuFlush Head, Extended Swim Platform, Cockpit table for Dining, Recent New Cockpit Carpeting (4), Fire Suppression, New Tank Monitoring System (senders and gauges) and more.
The boat is currently pending spring servicing and minor repairs (scheduled for 4/20) at the Volvo Penta dealer after which she will be fully ready for the 2021 boating season but is available for inspection. Additional photos and a copy of the 2018 survey are available on request.
