Great boat. Good condition. Would make for a great adventure boat on the bay with its winged keel. (Draws less than 4'.) Easy to sail/ manage. A family can fit and enjoy comfortably.
Could also be a great live aboard. Plenty of room! I am 6'1 and can stand inside.
The boat has central air. (Necessary for East Coast summers) It has hot water. Newer water pump. The boat is very clean and presentable.
I am working on it currently to make all the brightwork nice. Finishing up odds and ends for the sale. It's located in Fells Point.
Motor is the Universal 25 diesel. I just had the heater exchange dipped and cleaned. Newer water pump. Alternator has also been replaced. Zincs are new. Runs solid.
