Free for the asking.
Condition: Good. Some age-related spotting and discoloration along the edges. Wrinkling on the upper right corner probably due to moisture.
Nice reference book for understanding loans. It consists mostly of tables including (1) monthly payment schedules, (2) payment required to amortize a $1,000 loan, and (3) loan progress charts which show the balance remaining on a $1,000 loan at the end of each year. A real-estate reference section at the end contains points discount table, real estate buyer's guide, and a glossary of real-estate terms.
Pretty much everything in this book is stuff you can find online these days.
It's interesting to note the interest rate range in this book bottoms out at 5%. Since this booklet was published, real-estate loans have often dipped well below that 5% threshold although things might be changing...
