Condition: Good. Some age-related spotting and discoloration. A few pen and pencil mark-ups.
This booklet from the early 1990s provides a snapshot of things as they were at that time. It predates cell phones and the internet. Being that it pertains to driving in Pennsylvania, it's not surprising to find mention of horse-drawn vehicles (page 69). This publication might be of use to some archivists, collectors, historians, librarians, researchers.
