For sale is a royal blue Lotus Excelle. It was made in Japan using some nice light tubing whose stickers are unfortunately not longer on the bikes. I originally purchased this frame at Baltimore Bicycle Works probably around 2010. I replaced the brakes and handlebars since then to these Scott flat bars and dual-pivot Shimano brakes. Both of these are a big upgrade from what was on before.
