A neat little vintage brass ashtray. All around the edge are Mexican coins -- each is a "cinco centavos" / 5-cents coin. (There are 100 centavos in 1 Mexican peso.) Each coin has been soldered or welded on, and all coins are real. There are 3 bent coins around the edge of the ashtray to hold cigarettes. The 3 feet of the ashtray are made of coins, too. Latest coin date is 1976, so must be mid-1970's vintage. The ashtray is just a little bit over 5 inches wide. I haven't polished it, but I bet it'd look great and shiny polished.
