Framed print 10 1/2” x 13 1/2”. He was born in Czechoslovakia in 1930. He died in New Jersey in 2011. He fled Communism in the 1940’s. He is a listed artist well known for cityscapes. This depiction of the Capitol has some amazing detail work.
