Private room for rent in North East Baltimore. We accept weekly, by-weekly or monthly payments. Must have 2 weeks deposit as well as rent before calling and setting up an appointment. In other words be serious and ready to move before calling. Must be drug free, pet free and 1 person per room. Room prices range from $520-$650 per month depending on the size of the room. We don't accept couples. No smoking in the house. Must be able to clean up after yourself, take the trash out to the street for trash pick-up. Internet and cable is not included in the rent; Water, electric and heat is included. If anything breaks in the property please notify management. The deposit is towards the last 2 weeks rent.
