Price:

I also do not raise the rent every year like most rental apartments do. I raise the rent after the second lease is completed. So that means this rental price is locked in for 2 years.

1) driver’s license
2) 2 months of most recent bank statements
3) 2 latest paystubs
I run a background check of all applicants before deciding if you would be a right fit at my property.

Laurel side of Howard County md, which is in a great and safe location to live in. Most importantly house is close to interstate 95 which is 5 minutes away from home. Home is located 22 miles from dc border line or 22 miles from Baltimore border line. 11 miles from university of md college park. House is right off rt 1 and whiskey bottom rd.
