$65 a night/or $325 for 7 days.
$5 additional per night for second and 3rd guest.

Private br with Queen bed, Work desk, 50inch TV w/Netflix, wifi and free street parking.
Kitchen is available for Cooking (must bring your own pots/pans and dishes)
420 is fine in the home and Bedroom cigarettes Must be smoked outside.
Must have valid ID and Payment I will then give you the Front door unlock code
House Rules:
*1-3 guests, 3 people Maxaium in room including children.
*No guests that has not sent me their Valid I.D and payed for is allowed inside the home. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*No Parties
*No Pets
*No basement acces
*DO NOT USE DISHES IN KICHEN MUST BRING YOUR OWN POT/PANS AND DISHES
*Smoke responsibly use ash tray if you smoke
*Don't open pet tanks
*No Violence, Fighting, Domestic Violence!
