My fiancé and I have been living here for a year (still are) but found a house we are about to close on! We signed a two year lease that we are just finishing our first year on. This would be a new 12/24 month lease from the time you decided on the space. It is managed by a management company that would execute the lease, background, etc. We are currently paying $1,700, however, they told us that the rent will be “market rent” and would let us know sometime next week what we should market it as. I don’t expect it to go up much, if any. There are also available apartments online with them. If you search Hickory Hills, you will see them. We are on the 3rd floor, backup up to trees and a stream. It is in a super quiet neighborhood right off the ma and pa trail. We haven’t had any complaints, been a great community.
