Hey there! Long story short, I will be living overseas, but want to rent out the guest bedroom and private, attached bathroom so someone is in the home to take care of it like their own. The price is low because I need you to be flexible and okay with some moving boxes that will be stored in the basement. I will keep the primary bedroom for myself on the rare occasion that I am back in the States. I also cannot take all of my stuff, so the entire home is fully furnished, all the way down to the champagne flutes and silverware. Rooftop, backyard space, exposed brick, finished basement, and more. Ideal for travel nurses or other single professionals who are done with their crazy party days. I am an incredibly reasonable and respectful human, and I need the same from you. :) LGBTQ+ owner. All are welcome...except cats. (I am deathly allergic). Well-trained dogs under 25lbs are also welcome with prior approval. Hit me up, let's make something work!
