$1200 includes rent, verizon fios, bge, water - unit has central heat / air and baseboard heaters for fine tuning in the colder months.
$1000 deposit, application to be done through zillow rentals (it performs a credit and background check)
pictures are of current tenants items but there is a bed, couch, tv / entertainment center, and table that can be placed in the unit i just do not have pictures.
