The house itself has three floors, with the first floor including the shared kitchen. The entire second floor (fully furnished), is rented to just one person or one couple. That renter or couple has exclusive use of the floor's bedroom, full bathroom, and sitting room/office. The owners, who also live onsite, go to the 2nd floor only to use the washer/dryer and to walk from the 1st to the 3rd floors. The bedroom has a king bed, a nightstand, a dresser, a desk, a 55" smart TV and TV stand, blackout curtains, and two closets. The sitting room/office has a large couch, a coffee table, a 55" smart TV with TV stand, a desk, and a storage cubby. It also has two closets. The square footage of the bedroom is 150 and the square footage of the sitting room/office is another 150'.
Garage parking is included in the rent, which is a huge plus for both security and convenience. Another great aspect of the house is the rooftop deck. It's the entire length of the house and has a great view of the city. There's a large table there which seats six people comfortably.
Six months lease with option to extend.

My husband & I are a friendly, quiet couple in our 40s. We have a sweet, gentle, 18lb dog. My hobbies are gardening, cooking, & baking, and Chris' hobbies are swimming and eating (which works out well). Our home is cozy and calm.
