P/T - AR and Admin For Service company (REISTERSTONW)

locally owned and operated Reisterstown, MD -- Security and Home Automation Company. Very stable firm that's been in business for over 25+ years.

Today we're seeking a self-motivated team member who can work independently, to perform our A/R and customer service functions.

Monday to Friday 11 to 5 pm. Excellent compensation opportunity for qualified candidate.

The following skills and background are recommended:

Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (A/R): QuickBooks , posting checks, invoicing, running finical reports, and ability to write letters and use MS Word & amp; Excel.


Strong Organizational Skills and be able to process paperwork & perform data entry with accuracy.
Willing to interface verbally in a positive way, with "Past Due" Tasks and answer multi-line phone and deal with our clients in a customer service A/R capacity.

Employment Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized company, working in a fast paced office. College degree or like experience preferred.
MUST be able to pass background check. We are a security company.
