Job Description

Seeking an individual for an entry level position on our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable along with various bookkeeping functions to serve the Firm's clients and maintain accurate accounting records. Legal knowledge is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

-Over 1 year of office experience

-AA degree in Accounting or related field is preferred, but not required

-Practical experience and proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and have a keen ability to work with an in-house accounting software package

-Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team

-Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

-Detail-oriented, accurate, ability to multi-task, meet critical deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

-Must be a team-player and possess strong time-management skills

-Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment is a must.
