The initial role will provide operational support to the planners; including but not limited to scheduling appointments, accurately completing forms, maintaining systems, and preparing reports. The candidate must be a quick learner, take initiative on projects, have a high attention to detail, and make building solid business relationships a priority. Licensing exams will be required. Quality performance can lead to advancement opportunities within the firm.

Baseline education and skills:
College degree - Accounting or finance degree
Working knowledge of Excel, Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment
Strong communication skills
Meet and exceed goals
Ability to hit deadlines
