Position Summary: To provide administrative accounting / office support.
Put vendor checks together ready for mailing.
Process incoming mail appropriately
Support Accounting Manager with entry of receipts into company software program
Reconciliation of various vendors statements
Tracking sales & use tax receipts on spreadsheets, retaining copies as documents support, submit payments as necessary
Creating, communicating and tracking lien releases to Sub contractors
Filing of all office paperwork as necessary into proper locations
Maintaining miscellaneous spreadsheets
Able to perform errands outside the office – bank, post office, etc
Handle a multi-line phone system
Position Skills/Qualification Requirements:
Must be able to adhere to management directives.
Strong skills in organization and multi-tasking.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
Must have strong communications skills, be well spoken, and present professionally.
