3. Can pass MARYLAND vehicle inspection w/o me having to fix it up with serious problems.
4. Must have all doors, locks, windows (unless the windshield is busted), hood, gas cap/lid, etc. and be in working order.
5. Clean title.
6. Be an AUTOMATIC transmission.
7. Be in the price range of $700.00 and $1500.00 because I am a college student and I just need a get around car(not for long roadtrips!).
