THE NEWS IS THAT WE NEED A PLACE TO HOLD MEETINGS AND GIVE LOTS OF LECTURES & TALKS

Dear Restaurant Owners,

My name is John DeSantis and I'm the founder of the Public & Private Enterprise Development Forum -- a small grassroots movement designed to create global economic success while eliminating poverty. It has been my life-long ambition to organize this project and now upon my retirement I am afforded the time and means to do so. A blue print to my vision is provided on my website, the link to which is at the end of this letter.

Because of the nature of what the space will be used for, with various meetings and talks given not only by me but also by many other individuals, groups, and non-profit organizations, 7 days and nights a week, bringing in people from all over our Baltimore region on a regular all-day basis, it will constantly bring many new customers to your restaurant if you have a space in your building that you are not using -- it can be either above your restaurant or somewhere in the building on the same floor as your restaurant.

Please know that I am seeking a space to use as my headquarters for growing this movement. Much of my work at this point will be addressing and lecturing audiences of up to 100 people in a small auditorium-like setting, one with chairs and a podium. Smaller areas for office space and more intimate meetings would be helpful, as well as additional rooms, if possible, so that more than one scheduled talk can always take place at the same exact time.

We are hoping to find an environment in a safe neighborhood where lots of free parking is available. And, of course, with heat, air-conditioning, and rest rooms.

If you would by any chance have a fitting locale, please contact us if you are interested in this mutually-beneficial relationship so that we can talk about it. If you don't, but maybe know someone who owns a restaurant and does have space available, please tell them about this.

Of course, references, etc. will be provided.

This is my wife's name: Bonnie Hurwitz
