We have a situation here where there is an elderly lady who has people living in her home where she has not authorized their stay. Her son made these arrangements without her knowledge. He has since been put in jail charged on 4 counts of assualt and attempted rape by the women who is living in the house. She has brought her family in and is claiming that she has paid rent which the son in jail denies ever receiving anything from her. The elderly lady does not want these people there and has had the phone line cut, it has since been repaired, she has been locked in her room by the woman staying there and is very demanding towards the elderly woman. She has been hit in the head with the door which now consists of a cut and a bruised eye. The police have been notifed, however, they aren't not doing anything about it. These people have to leave IMMEDIATELY. They refuse. She claims she has a lease but refuses to show anyone. Does anyone have any ideas as to what to do? WE NEED HELP.
