They are contracted with Baltimore County Savings, Provident Banks, MRA Management, Seneca Bay (Bethany Group), and other apartments and businesses around the Baltimore County area. They charge unfair drop fees...........damage your vehicle.......and lie about anything to save their own butts. Keep an eye out for these guys. They are slithering around every dark corner with a flashlight...............checking tags on private parking lots. If you are expired they will tow. Be sure that if they tow you to check your entire vehicle up and down before signing release form. Beware of manager Mike Slagle............and their driver John (looks like an overly tall 7th grader with a sever case of gayness).
