"My friend and I had such an enjoyable time at your Brunswick, ME rental. The house was absolutely adorable. Everything we needed was already at the house. From dishes to linen to a grill it was there if we needed it. We really appreciated having the nice booklet you prepared with information on all the things to do in the area.
We went to Bailey's Island and had dinner at Cooks Lobster House which was amazing. It was about a 20 minute ride and it was so picturesque to have a Lobster dinner at sunset with all of the boats coming and going. We also spent a day in Portland. Plenty of funky gift shops, restaurants and tours, etc. We also spent one afternoon and just walked up to downtown Brunswick and enjoyed exploring the shops. Such a great location to stay in. Twenty minutes this way or that way and you can find plenty to do. Or just spending time around the adorable house and yard with hot tub and outdoor grill is equally enjoyable!! Space Hotel - I don�t imagine that you�ll find good beer or rum punches.
Belle Cote - when you arrive there�s a few Kubuli�s (a wonderful local beer made by Guinness Brew Masters) to start you off. The fresh fixings for Rum Punch are available everywhere.
Point to Belle Cote (I, personally, would give this 2 points when on vacation)

ACTIVITIES:
Space Hotel - Looking out the window at earth and the stars, nice view at a distance, with no space walks. At the space hotel guests �wear Velcro suits so they can crawl around their pod rooms by sticking themselves to the walls like Spiderman.� I guess that counts as an activity.
Belle Cote - Beaches, waterfalls, rainforests, and amazing hikes to places like the Boiling Lake, great diving and snorkeling. Dominica is known as the �Nature Island of the Caribbean�.
You may be able to play checkers with other guests at Space Hotel. Oh, BTW, we have Checkers too.

She had to go out of town suddenly before our planned stay, but she didn't cancel our reservation:) The bedroom was a good size with a comfy bed and a huge attached bathroom. We had no trouble finding parking in front of the house each day and there's a 7-11 and a Rite Aid within walking distance. Also, there's an awesome diner, Pete's Diner, a cpl blocks away that I highly recommend for breakfast and lunch! Overall, the house is conveniently located (we went to the inner harbor each day, about 10mins by car) and a bargain compared to the city hotel prices. I would definitely stay here again!"

A Restored 19th Century Log Cabin and 1924 Grain Mill in Sharpsburg, MD

Clipp�s Mill is located in the historic town of Sharpsburg. It is close enough to Antietam Battlefield that a house across the street has cannon ball damage. Clipp�s Mill itself was built in 1924 to serve the local community. It was last used in the late 1960s. It is a three-story structure with most of the original machinery still inside. The mill was originally powered by a steam engine, and it was converted to electricity in the mid 1930s. One central motor drove the machinery through a system of belts. Eventually, we hope to restore the mill itself.

When Clipp�s Mill was built, it incorporated an older log structure dating from the 19th century. This log building was built for industrial purposes, possibly an earlier mill, and it became the office for the 1924 mill. We have restored the log building as a cabin. Additional rustic sleeping spaces are in the mill itself.

The cabin at Clipp�s Mill features:
Two small bedrooms (One with a queen-sized bed; One with a single bed and a full-sized bed)
An antique kitchen
A full bath with washer/dryer (and a half bath off the mill)
Heating and air conditioning

She had to go out of town suddenly before our planned stay, but she didn't cancel our reservation:) The bedroom was a good size with a comfy bed and a huge attached bathroom. We had no trouble finding parking in front of the house each day and there's a 7-11 and a Rite Aid within walking distance. Also, there's an awesome diner, Pete's Diner, a cpl blocks away that I highly recommend for breakfast and lunch! Overall, the house is conveniently located (we went to the inner harbor each day, about 10mins by car) and a bargain compared to the city hotel prices. I would definitely stay here again!"
