Central air-conditioned, two bedrooms, two baths, cable TVs w/VCR/DVD, washer/dryer, one parking space. Sleeps 6. One parking space. All the amenities of home. Balcony full width of condo looking onto the beach and ocean (sliders off front bedroom and living room area).
Master bedroom – queen bed, television w/DVD, ceiling fan, oceanfront balcony
Second bedroom – two twin beds with private bathroom, television w/VCR, ceiling fan
Living room – oceanfront balcony, queen sleep sofa, television with VCR and DVD
Kitchen – fully equipped with built in microwave and coffee pot, dishes, utensils and cookware, including crock-pot and smoothie maker!
Dining room – table, chairs for six, ceiling fan
Laundry room – full size washer and dryer
This is a non-smoking unit. No pets are allowed. Someone age 21 or older must occupy the unit during the entire period it is rented.
