I have enjoyed this 1-bedroom apartment very much. It is spacious, has hardwood floors, huge windows, A/C and heating. There are laundry facilities in the building, and my unit is on the third floor. It is 5-minutes by foot from Penn Station and the Hopkins shuttle. It is also walking-distance from downtown Mount Vernon, Charles street shops and restaurants, Eddie's (grocery store), and a great yoga studio. Management has been very friendly and prompt about changing light bulbs, etc.

This is a 2nd floor condo so it's in between two others, which means BG&E is pretty consistent. They run about $150/mo average - split between two people which is nice.

You will have the master bedroom suite. Room is about 15x14. Amazing double closet space - one long single hanging closet, and one double hanging closet on the other side. I have more clothes than any one person should have, and this has been perfect for me. Master bedroom also has private full bath with extra large oval soaking tub which has been absolutely fantastic for me.

Great location: Wyndham Condominiums behind Banneker Fire Station off Little Patuxent Pkwy. Walking distance to the mall. Within minutes of 95 and 100. SECONDS away from 29 and 32. Quiet, safe, and private neighborhood. Many original owners. Plenty of community parking. Have not had ANY issues with vandalism or crime. Neighbors are courteous and friendly. Landlord is always willing to help if there is a problem. I'm actually sad to leave. This has really been a great place to live.

Roommate is a strictly an outside smoker. No smoking allowed in the condo, and landlord does not allow pets.
