I have a bedroom available in a lovely 2BR house with hard-wood floors, front porch, back porch, backyard, washer/dryer, A/C, Wi-Fi Internet. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor, it's furnished.

The house is in a nice and safe neighborhood, very close to groceries and shops, cafes and restaurants. It's a 15 min walk to the JHU campus and JHU shuttle stations in one direction and to the light rail stop in the other. It has street parking, and convenient I-83 access.

The rent is $590 per month plus $50 for gas, electric and water. The room is available June 1 until October 31.

I'm a male grad student who is pretty laid back, clean, and likes music, photography, films, current events etc.
