Nice Large Room, private bath, in large Fedhill Townhouse! Roof top/2 grills/small back yard/Washer Dryer/full kitchen/fully furnished, TV/internet in room with cable/great clean very respectful roommates.
You would only need your clothes as everything else is furnished. Its a last minute sublet, as I recently got a 2 month gig and need to leave town. Starts June 1st, till August 1st. No deposit, 575 for room per month, plus utilities negotiable! I can explain if you call me. Roommates are extremely clean, keep to themselves and very respectful. Close to Camden Yards and all the Fedhill hangouts. Two parks in short walking distance as well. Looking for female or Male who are college grads/with a job.
