Hi. I'm moving out of my studio apartment on July 1st but the lease runs out September 1st. It's a great little place on Mount Royal, just across the street from the main MICA campus, two blocks from the light rail, really close to 83, laundry in the basement, plus air conditioning. I could leave it furnished (bed, table, chair, kitchen counter) or not. Also, if you like it, you could easily take over the apartment in the fall. E-mail me for more information!
