$495 / 1br - Gorgeous apartment/community in Towson (2 months or more!) (Towson)
Hi! I currently live in Versailles Apartments, a beautiful apartment community just off Charles St. & Towsontown Blvd. I am looking to move in with my fiance in June or July which is before my lease is up (Sept. 1) and need someone to take my room! I share a large 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with 2 other roommates. One of my roommates has not yet decided on whether or not she will renew the lease for another year. (She is waiting to hear from employers). If she decides to stay in the apartment, you will be able to have the option to lease for the year (Sept. to Sept.)
My roommates are female 20-somethings that are clean and generally pretty quiet & calm. We keep our apartment neat and there are no pets. The washer/dryer is in our apartment (a plus!) Some of my favorite things about the apartment are that it is low in price (low in utilities too...this month, my share was $40!), peaceful and directly across from our apartment's pool & gym (which you will have access to!) Also, the area is gated with security cameras watching the entrances. We have very little, if any, crime (I've never heard of any problems since I've been here), easy parking and excellent management. I'm sad to leave; I am sure it will be difficult to find as wonderful an apartment complex as this!
