I am subletting my bedroom in a 2bdr/2bth apartment located in Avalon Centerpoint building (http://www.avaloncommunities.com/avaloncore/nfloor.asp?comm=312) from May 19th to mid-August. The current rental price is $732.50. However, I am willing to negotiate the price. Both I and my roommate are looking for people to sublet our bedrooms. Therefore, two bedrooms are available at $732.50 each. However, we are both willing to negotiate. A clean non-smoker is preferred.
We are subletting because we will be working out of state for the summer. The address is 8 North Howard St., Baltimore, MD 21201.
This apartment includes:
1) two huge bedrooms
2) two large bathrooms
3) hardwood floors
4) huge windows
5) huge kitchen and dining area
6) huge living room
7) Starbucks is attached to the apartment building
8) Hippodrome is one block away
Parking is available. The apartment complex charges $150 per month.
Utilites are not included. However, the bill is very reasonable per month.
