I have a room to rent in a row house (shared with two dental students) in Ridgely's Delight. I will pay for gas and electric. I am looking to rent it ASAP. Move in day is flexible; the sooner the better. The current lease expires on July 31, 2008, with the option of resigning with the landlord. I have paid the rent for May, so if you want to move in in May, you can stay for free. Additionally, my roommate is in the same situation, so if two bedrooms are needed, there is another bedroom for rent. A little about the place:
-Several blocks from the University of Maryland at Baltimore
-Several blocks from Camden Yards
-Several blocks to the light rail
-A block from a bus stop
-There are a washer and dryer in the basement (free)
-Central air conditioning plus a window unit
