This is a one bedroom, spacious, clean, nice area, great parking. This does not include gas and electricity nor cable. I have been living here for six months and I signed my lease only for six months but since I was late in notifying the leasing center I did not want to renew my contract, they automatically did it and now I need to find someone who is willing to live here for another six months and take my lease. They would have to come in and go through the application process. Please let me know! I need someone to rent it out by the end of the middle of June.
