I just took a job in Texas and will be moving at the end of June. The lease runs through February 1st, 2009. My roommate is a great guy (professional) who has lived in the area for about four years. He's easy going and likes to go out on the weekends, but definitely isn't throwing any major parties. He's considerate, has a lot of friends in the area and is always up for grabbing a beer at the market.
Rent is $800 a month for the large master bedroom & private bathroom, the bedroom is large and has one hanging closet, one closet with shelves, two windows and overhead fan. The bathroom is large, has lots of storage space, and a bath/shower combo. The security deposit is $750, which is completely refundable at the end of the lease term. The property is managed by a real estate management company and they are wonderfully helpful and attentive. Also, pets will be considered with an additional security deposit fee (I'm not sure what this fee is, but could find out.)
