Im going back home for the summer and need someone to sublet my apt for the summer. It's $778 a month including utilities. It is an apt with 3 other roommates, who each also have a room and bathroom. I will also be living in a house next semester so feel free to keep the room for next school year. The apt complex is a 5 minute drive from University of Maryland. Take advantage of the Towers at UTC; It is fairly expensive but i think its worth while for a 3 month period. There is a rooftop pool, tanning beds, gym, game room as well as eateries and a movie theatre literally behind the apt complex. Please let me know if your interested. This room has a great view in comparison to other rooms and i've kept the room in great shape =)
