Included are all utilities, hi speed internet, cable tv, washer/dryer, full kitchen and run of the house privileges. The room shares a bath with one other. This is a roommate situation in a house that is on the market "For Sale" which means that the house is kept very clean and occasionally we vacate so that Realtors can show the house, (doesn't seem to happen too much). The roommates are men; one travels a lot, the other is gone much of the day & into the night. No pets or smoking in the house allowed. Available May 18 -24.
