I have a one bedroom one bath apartment on ground level, with full size kitchen, plenty of closet space and balcony in the community of milbrook park apartments in pikesville. I am moving out of state , and i can vacate the apartment whenever your ready to move in, and i need someone to take over my lease. My lease term remaining will be until May 31st 2010, with the option to renew. You will still have to go through the application process and credit check, but most applicants are apporoved. You will NOT have to pay a security deposit because mine will stay with the apartment. The apartment is in good condition and you are welcome to come see it if youd like.
