I am offering a choice of furnished bedrooms in an upscale townhouse located in Pikesville Mt. Washington. You would have use of your own bathroom, and full use of the house as if it were your own. The third bedroom will remain empty.
The house consists of three bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms, family room, laundry, living room, dining room, eat-in country kitchen, deck over looking woods. The house is spacious, has lots of parking, two working fireplaces, wifi and cable. It loscated in a very safe neighborhood and is walking distance to shops, restaurants and there are three grocery stores in the area. It is convenient to downtown, Towson, I83, the JFX, I695. Each bedroom contains a twin bed (with good mattress), desk, dresser, night table, lamp and recessed lighting.
I am looking for a female roommate who is non smoking, drug free and clean in common areas. You must be ok with cats because I have them.
About me: I am a mature professionally employed woman who leads a quiet but active lifestyle. I am extremely clean, and I am respectful and honest. I am a non-smoker, drug and drama free.
I can provide photos. A month-to-month lease is available, and the room is available long or short term. I am asking $650.00 per month and half utilities. I can provide copies of past bills.
