Looking for a male roommate to sublet guest room. Currently I live in a two bedroom (w/2 full baths and washer and dryer) apartment. The rent currently would be $535 and with utilities and cable/internet costing about 150 to 170 a month a person, rent would be about $700/month. Utilities will be split.
