We are a couple in mid-twenties looking to rent out our second bedroom. Our most recent roommate has moved abroad. The $650/month includes rent and utilities (BGE, water, internet and Direct TV). The room is furnished with a full size bed, small dresser and a TV (tenant can choose not to use them though). This house has been recently renovated. We also share the house with two super friendly dogs :)
