Two females (26 yrs and 34 yrs) currently live here. We are awesome, so you should be too! We're a good mix of chill and social. One of us is a graphic designer and the other is a flight attendant. We're fairly neat and keep most personal clutter in personal spaces. We have three lazy friendly cats. The rent is $525 plus utilities (typically $150 a month). Room is available starting mid-December.

The house is located in lovely Ednor Gardens. About the house: three bedrooms, 1 full bath upstairs, hardwood floors everywhere, front and back yards, garage, back deck with grill, finished basement with washer/dryer and another full bathroom. Cable TV, High Speed Internet. We're about three blocks from Eastern High School with access to the JHU shuttles to both Homewood and the Med campus routes. Also, we have a sweet sweet kitchen - dishwasher, garbage disposal, new everything - very shiny! YMCA, farmer's market, and grocery stores within walking distance.
