If you would like to keep the current cable account including high speed internet, wireless network, and digital cable, rent including these features would be $1400. Cats and small/medium dogs ok.
The condo will be available starting January 1, 2010 for a maximum of a 6 month lease ending June 1, 2010. It should be noted that this condo is currently being listed for sale. This would mean that there could be showings of the apartment to potential buyers during the 6 month leasing period. It has already been on the market for 6 months and has only been shown 7 times. The renters would be required to keep the apartment reasonably clean and would be given 24 hours notice of showings (which usually last no more than an hour between 10am and 7pm). If the condo is sold before the end of the 6 month lease then the lease agreement would be transferred to the new owners for the duration of the lease. So no matter what the 6 months lease would be honored. If it is not sold by the end of the 6 months (approximately June 1, 20101) then a month-to-month lease agreement would be available to the renters.
