I have a lease until August of 2010, which one room will be available for a sublease. It's good for Towson or surrounding college students, since both my roommates attend TU. They are clean and friendly. The rent is $450 a month, without utilities. They are approx. $100 a month (water, cable, electric, trash). There are two bathrooms and my room shares a bathroom with one other girl. The apartment is big and has a washer/dryer and free parking. It's about 15 minutes with traffic from TU, either down York Rd or Dulaney Valley Rd. The apartment is furnished already, however, the room for rent can be either furnished OR unfurnished. Depending if you need dressers and a bed, it will be available. Overall, the apartment is really nice but I don't have time to work right now and need my money for other expenses. The lease can start as soon as possible until Aug 2010. email if your interested or need more information.
