I'm a MICA student heading out to Tokyo for the Spring 2010. Looking for a student to sublet from January 1, to June 1.

I live in a huge two bedroom apartment with large windows and plenty of space. I live with another MICA student. The rent is $625 a month, Water and Heat included. Our average electric bill is $20.

2 separate bedrooms, 2 studios, many built-in book shelves, Large kitchen with gas stove and oven, brand new fridge, plenty of counter space, 1 full bath, small back yard, large basement with storage space, free washer and dryer, wood floors everywhere but the kitchen and bathroom.

We live two blocks from the MICA Campus. The house is smoke free, pet free, and quiet.
