SEEKING: M or F roomate for a month to month rent agreement. If you want to do a lease for a certain amount of time, that is fine with me. The only thing I ask is for 30 days notice before moving out. I dont mind a dog or a cat as long as they do not go to the bathroom in the house. Age does not matter to much. I dont care if you smoke, as long as you smoke outside.
HOUSE: Asingle family home. My room is upstairs, the room being rented is downstairs. I have most appliances and furniture, microwave, refridgerator, washer and dryer, t.v., dining room table, coffee table, end tables. ect.. I am looking to get a roommate ASAP, or Dec. 1 @ the latest. Fenced in front and back yard. There is a basement that can be used for storage while you live there. One full bathroom , and one half bath. I have a pantry that you can use exclusively for your own food or anything else.
COST: 250-500 security deposit. (if you cant afford that, we can work something out). 500.00 rent per month + half the utilities. The room is cable ready and internet can also be hooked up if desired. The bills to be split will be the BGE, and water bill.
ME: I am 27 wm. I am a full time employee as a corrections officer. Well mannered, respectfull. I am easy to talk to but would not get upset if we never talked at all. I am clean. I have a dog that lives in the house. I have 50% custody of my 15 month old daughter. I expect that when you live there that you will treat the house as your own. Nothing is off limits except for my room. And I will not violate your space either. I am very easy going, I do not mind if you have people sleeping over occasionally, or using the couch, as long as its not an every night thing.
