Nice size room for rent in my 3 bedroom 1 bathroom Rowhouse in Hampden. An excellent location - within walking distance of John's Hopkins Homewood campus, The Rotunda (grocery store, pharmacy, bank, movie theater), Hampden's "avenue" (restaurants, bars, shops, etc) and Druid Hill Park/Maryland Zoo.

The house is fully furnished with exception to the room for rent (it could be furnished if need be), has a nice living room, separate dining room, fully stocked kitchen and enjoyable backyard for cookouts & cocktails complete with herb garden. Washer/dryer. Extra storage in the basement as well as garage for bike storage. The house is 3 stories plus the basement.

I am a self-employed female in my thirties looking for a clean, respectful, lighthearted tenant. I enjoy yoga, creativity, the outdoors and well balanced lifestyle of fun and work. The house is shared with an older, low-maintenance cat and the occasional visit of friend’s low-key dog (please no additional pets).

Rent will be $700, plus half of the utilities which would run roughly $70 each a/month depending on season. One month's security deposit required, length of term is negotiable but would like at least a 2 month commitment.
