I am looking for a female college student to sublet my apartment at the Towers at UTC. I have 3 other roommates who are all very friendly. There is a common room, a fridge, stove, microwave, cable TV, leather couch and love seat, washing machine, dryer, dish washer. You have your own bathroom and your own room. There is a workout facility on the first floor, a game room, target and mall and grocery store across the street. There are many restaurants outside the complex. If you don't have a car, there is a shuttle that comes around every 30 minutes that takes you to and from campus. My rent is $830, but I am offering that anyone who sublets my apartment only has to pay $700 and I will continue to pay $130!
