I'm looking for a new roommate to find a place with.
A little about me-
I'm a 24 year old female college graduate. I'm not doing anything spectacular with my life. Freelance marketing jobs here and there, personal assistant work, and nannying while preparing for grad school and/or/slash waiting for the right job to come up. I feel really lucky to make a pretty good and steady living. Currently, I live with roommates that I really enjoy in Charles Village. I love the area and cannot really imagine living anywhere else at the moment.
I consider myself a really easy person to live with. I like "keeping house", I pay my bills on time, and respect privacy. When I am not working I like being at home and having company over. I have a great base of friends and I do enjoy entertaining.
Likes- Baltimore, The Office, Club Charles, baseball, cooking, a good book, cute boys, Lady Gaga, The Wire, going to the movies, going out, a great glass of wine, and my friends.
Dislikes- Extreme people, gross behavior/habits, inconsiderateness, weird house guests that over stay their welcome, strange girl drama---
My ideal roommate would become a good friend because we live well together. I don't need a new best friend but I do want to know and interact with my new roommate. I am open to a male or female but don't want to live with someone that's not really in the same "place". So if you're still in your undergrad playing beer pong or if you're in a 9-5 with a fiance on the way we're probably not the best match.
I can afford 450-600 a month.
Would love if we could find a place with more than one bathroom, laundry, and not a gross dingy Baltimore apartment feel.
I have been looking---there are tons of places. Move in date can be flexible, I just need to give my current roommates 3 weeks notice.
