This Tracker RV 23B was manufactured by Fleetwood in 2001, and it is in excellent condition. It was factory built on a brand new, heavy-duty 2000 Ford E-350 chassis. Fleetwood only manufactured the Tracker for two years, so this model is a collector’s item for some class C buffs. The closest that you will come to one of these RV’s is a Fleetwood Jamboree or a Fleetwood Tioga, but there is nothing exactly like it. Though it can be used at the popular campsites with all of the convenient hook-ups, this RV truly shines off-grid. This rig is perfect for the more rugged RV enthusiast who enjoys boondocking or dry camping in the wilderness. This powerful and efficient RV leaves many of its rivals in the dust with a Net Carrying Capacity (NCC) of 2,240 pounds. According to the manufacturer, it has a tongue capacity of 350 pounds, a maximum towing capacity of 3,500 pounds, and all of the necessary towing hardware is already installed. The owner is even including a hitch-mounted Tilt-a-Rack that he used to transport a motor scooter, moped, and bicycle.
Since this RV came fully loaded with all of the options offered by the manufacturer, it originally had a price tag of $65,000. Since he purchased it new in 2002, the original owner has meticulously maintained it. As of this posting, he has only logged 46,556 miles (mostly highway) on this fantastic RV. He changed the oil every 3,000 miles, and had certified mechanics perform the other factory-scheduled maintenance. In case you are wondering, he is also a non-smoker who prohibited smoking and pets in his RV. It should come as no surprise to you that the owner has all of the original manuals for the Tracker and upgrades. A well-maintained and lightly used RV with all of the bells and whistles means a great value for you!
This is not your typical Tracker. In addition to all of the options offered by the manufacturer, the owner added over $10,000 in upgrades. The Mor/Ryde Rear Suspension System and Steer Safe Front Stabilizer System upgrades make for a smooth and safe ride. The owner enjoyed off-grid camping at remote locations with power to spare with one 7-amp Kyocera 120 volt Solar panel. The Solar Boost 2000E Charge Controller (MPPT) has a 25-amp capacity, which gives you plenty of room for expansion. Add a couple of panels to the spacious roof, and you should have enough power to supply the needs of a couple or small family off-grid. The owner recently paid over $1,000 to upgrade the bathroom. He had the original tub and shower replaced with a full-length shower featuring built-in retractable doors. I may be missing a few upgrades in this posting, which is why you have to see this in-person to truly appreciate it.
