I have taken very good care of this trailer. It has had routine seal checks and now has new tires. It still smells new inside. I put a temporary floor over the original floor, so the floor is still new underneath. The tongue jack has been modified to be operated with the stabilizer jack tool. There is one small blemish at the top of the face of the trailer. I have upgraded vehicles and wish to upgrade campers as well.

21' Sunchaser II Awning Fabric (Ellicott City, MD) $50

This 21' awning fabric is 18 months old. 6 months were spent under the RV cover. The awning came on my new 2008 Springdale, and its model number is 802GU21.401B. Code GU is for the color BAMBOO with a white weathersheild.

Condition is good with the exception of a few stress points in the middle where the fabric attaches to the roller tube via two cords which are stitched to the fabric. The FTRA broke and when it did, the fabric pinched. While removing the fabric from the broken aluminum tube, there was a little stress on the threads holding the cords in place. Other than that, the awning is in very good shape. This would be a good purchase for a DIY RVer who has a torn awning. A new awning will cost you $600 + installation. No need to replace the hardware or to pay someone to install a complete new awning. Just buy this fabric and install it yourself. The process is very easy, and only takes about 30 minutes. I tried doing this myself for my broken roller tube but the cost of the tube new was $400, and I couldn't find a used tube so I had to purchase an entirely new awning. Otheriwse, I'd be re-using this fabric myself.

Was used with a 21' Sunchaser II awning for approximately 18 months but I purchased a new awning recently with new hardware, so I no longer have a use for the old hardware. Other than a few dings from normal wear, the hardware is in the condition you would expect from something only 18 months old of which 6 months was spent under an RV cover. The hardware includes:

2 66" Rafter Arms w/top mounting brackets (the parts that keep the awning stretched tight)

2 73" Main arms (the parts that either latch to the side of the RV or they can be placed on the ground)

2 Bottom brackets (the parts that attach to the side of the RV to hold the main arms in place when in the stored position)

All Screws and misc. hardware.

The .401# model fits heights ranging from 76"-86". This measurement is made from the roof line of the RF to the interior floor line of the RV because that's the height where the bottom brackets are installed. To put it another way, I have everything you need to mount it except for the awning fabric roller tube assembly, torsion spring, and lever lock for the FRTA. The new cost of this hardware kit is around $300. I found a few on ebay for $99. I'm asking $40 plus shipping costs.
